Bathroom cleanliness was unacceptable.

Ask for a room with plenty of outlets. it made charging our devices much easier during our stay.

Some parts shine, others fall flat

The facility is very clean the breakfast is exceptional with many options. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay pleasant. Those pillows were to die for and the beds very comfortable.

We could hear noise from guests above us the elevators were out of service. The air conditioning was noisy and the internet connectivity was lacking which affected our overall experience.

Additionally, the exceptional breakfast selection provided a delightful start to our day. The pillows deserve special mention. they were among the best I've experienced, ensuring a restful sleep. Guests particularly enjoyed how clean and inviting the environment was.

However, the checkout process felt a bit slow, which was slightly frustrating.

We had an awesome time at this hotel while visiting friends and exploring local attractions like the local zoo and a nearby park. The breakfast was plentiful and varied each morning, and we loved the all-day coffee service. I definitely recommend this spot for group travelers!

One downside was that it took a while for the hot water to come through in the shower on the third floor. it took about 12 minutes before it got hot.

The Hampton Inn in Shreveport had a great location. It was close to restaurants and entertainment options, which was a nice surprise. Check-in went smoothly, and I appreciated the friendly staff. The room was mostly tidy and the bed comfy. I loved that the breakfast had fresh fruit, which added a nice touch. One hiccup was the carpet in my room. it had some stains. The bathroom could have used a little more attention as well, especially around the grout. Also, the price felt higher than usual, likely because of its proximity to the hospital, but overall, it made for a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay with exceptionally friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which offered a fantastic variety including freshly baked items. However, I wish the pool area was open, as it was a bit disappointing for my family and me. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would consider returning.
